Web Design

My first design passion! I have been designing sites for 10+ years now. I am continually keeping up with the trends, while still developing my own style along the way. I have experience designing for schools and also have done many freelance projects. Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver are the tools I am most familiar with when putting together sites.

Print Design

I stumbled across print design at my last job when web design was at a lull. I fell in love with the the organization and tidyness of layouts. I have experience designing catalogs, brochures, magazine ads and posters. I did most of my print design through QuarkXPress but have an itch to come across a project so I can force myself to jump further into InDesign.

Logo Design

While attending the Art Institutes I realized that I also had a huge interest in designing identities. Coming up with logo concepts is still a little new to me, but I do have professional experience coming up with company logos, application logo redesigns, etc. I absolutely welcome freelance gigs to sharpen my skills in this realm of the design world.

About Me:

My passion for music lead me to the world of design. What started off as a hobby creating web sites, logos and merchandise for bands I was in, quickly put me on the path to a rewarding career. I have experience with designing and developing web sites from creation to completion. I have had the opportunity to be a lead for many professional print design projects and have recently jumped into the logo making business. I love exploring new areas of design and challenging myself. I am a perfectionist and will not give up on a project until I am absolutely satisfied. I am constantly improving my skills and style on a daily basis, not only because it is part of the job, but because I have a true adoration for art and design.
